Job Description:

As a Field Operations Coordinator at Aggtrans, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by supporting our commercial sales team and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve outlined sales budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Assist in job pre-production planning with the Sales Team/Reps.
  • Conduct field scouting to identify new project opportunities.
  • Visit ongoing projects to ensure job performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate leads and direct them to the sales team.
  • Coordinate logistics related to project management.
  • Develop and maintain a contact list for market soil partners, soil and disposal locations, and trucking partners.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts for importing and exporting materials, primarily soils, including job sites, material transportation companies, and disposal locations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM workflow.
  • Act as a transportation liaison, recruiting and onboarding transportation partners.
